*Will I be notified when my product
will be delivered?
Yes you will receive a delivery note in the post
or by e-mail and a sales team will contact you

*If I am not a company can I still order
printing from you?
Yes we have prices for traders & retailers

*I want to open a account, I have only been trading for few months would that effect me from opening a account?
No at image we try to help all business, including new start ups. All we will require from you is full payments of all orders for 6 months

*If I don't like my purchase can I get a refund?
No. our policy refers to, once the artwork and proof has been checked and authorise. We cannot refund you any money

*Do I have to pay VAT on the delivery & products
All our prices are inclusive of VAT, there is no added VAT on delivery. Delivery rates is not included with the product

*Can I pay online or by cheque?
Yes we accept all major credit card payments online, and all orders paid by cheque will be given 5 working days to be cleared before order is placed

*If I don't have artwork for my
printing can you design it for me?
Yes we have a in-house design team, are rates
are different for every product please see
rates for further information

*If I order more than 1 product can I get
each iteam delivered to different addresses?
Yes but you will be charged for
separate delivery charge
